dazed and confused

Hi all, First post. I was a ret pally before then I saw the light! Protection paladins ROCK!! I can now take down 3-4 mobs my level with no problems.

That being said I'm confused since the last patch. Before the patch we were all about SP now I'm reading that we should focus on AP with STR. Is that about right?
