When the servers come back up, everything spawns. After being harvested, they won't spawn properly anymore (only their shadows) until the next server reset.

That is the suck.

Pretty sure that the answer to the problem is to unbug them which can easily be done by getting close to the "spawned shadow" then very quickly typing /camp followed by alt+f4 works every time
