When you buy poor quality drugs, can you report the dealer to the BBB?

If you get ripped off by a drug dealer, can you take him to small claims court?

If a cop arrests a cop for doing cop stuff, does IA have to get involved?

I don't see what's wrong with it. If you have undercover agents on both sides of something, it's inevitable that they're eventually going to encounter each other.
