Talent Calculator

Does anyone have a link for a talent Calculator that includes the 2.3 changes?

Prefereably not from a well known site as my work firewall blocks most sites.

It's just dawned on me how close 2.3 is away and i havent decided on a build.

I have read through a number of posts on the forum but nobody seems to be able to decide on a 'cookie cutter' build for a raiding paladin. Have i missed a post somewhere that most people have said yes too ?
