Valentine's Day

I work in an office with one male boss (I'm a dude as well) and about 6 women; 3 of which are pregnant.

On Valentine's Day, for whatever reason, my boss thought it'd be cute to shorten Valentine's Day to something quicker... so he walks into the office with a huge smile on his face... and announces...


"Happy VD, everyone!!"


I pulled him to the side later

"Seriously...? Did you really just say that!? hahaha"

I had a good laugh at his expense.

Hum, other than his rather sudden appearance and use of an obscure abbreviation, is there anything else to it? >.< I don't get it.
