Kara walkthrough?

Is there available online anywhere a guide to Kara?

Looking for something to describing what order to do encounters in, order of trash pulls, etc..

I figure my best chance at maintanking this is going to be learning the instance and the flow of it as best I can before I get in there.

you can check sites like wowhead or thottbot... sometimes the people post comments about how to run the instance... since i've not been to kara i've not concerned myself in researching it.

To give you an overview for all the encounters/mobs/boss...

The general guides focus on warriors as MT so come to maintankadin forum for specific encounters.
Being a tankadin, you can solo tank almost all karazan so that you can bring another dps instead of OT ( a feral druid can do both for example ).
I personnaly take only 2 healers too but in depends mainly of the gear/experience they have.

I personally believe that you won't know the feel of the instance until you get in there.

I personally was told "Your tanking Kara tonight" and tossed in with a more experienced feral druid to help me out and mark up for pulls. Now I can do that on my own.

But I feel the best way to learn is to go in with a more experienced second tank and have a field day.

Also - don't forget, you will mess up no matter what, that is how we learn.

Ok, if you're not raidleading, then just go in and listen to what the RL has to say. They're going to know that it's your first time in there, so things will probably be kind of slow, learning pulls and that. Ask questions beforehand, read the wiki as was posted above, and maybe talk to other tanks that've been there done that to get a feel.

You never really know an instance on paper... It's all baptism by fire.

Yup, trial by fire is the only way to go - I had DPSed all of Kara before tanking, so I had an edge.

And, on that note, I'd healed all of Kara and Gruul's before tanking, and pretty much ever instance other than Blood Furnace.
