Warrior as tank 2 -- what stats are needed?

(inspired by the tankadin stats for ZA thread)

I think I'm pretty set to tank ZA http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Steamwheedle+Cartel&n=Herbe , though feel free to point out any deficiencies.

However, our 1st attempt into ZA about a month ago was awful, in part due to our 2nd tank just not having the HP/avoidance to stay upright long enough. Since then I've been helping him with gearing up, and he's gotten some good upgrades (He was even open-minded enough to get the badge chest!), and I think he's ready http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Steamwheedle+Cartel&n=Dermedes (yes, he needs to replace his green shoulders. poor guy has been running H-Sethekk, H-Crypts, and SL every chance he gets.)

SOOO.... all that to say: What would be some baseline stats for a warrior to aim for? say -
HP
Armor
Dodge + parry
Block %
BV
Expertise?
Hit rating?
any other stat I'm missing?

P.S. dont feel obligated to check the armories unless you really feel like it, the stats are the main issue
