Bubble could be a bad idea unless an emergency, if you don't take the lash you can get fatal attraction, if you get pulled away with that, and she does another lash, your tank/offtank is dead.

Worldie, raid SR should be 365, only exception is the offtanks that can get away with around 200.

You need a decent amount of SR because she will throw shadow damage at everyone in the form of beams, by not wearing SR you are allowing the option of tank FA burst death on more than one tank. Ideally the MT would use SR as well bnut that just gimps their ability to even consider tanking the boss anyway.

I guess use max SR for when you are learning, as, even though it may be more efficient to use some combination of SR/avoidance gear, it's probably easier for the healers (whilst learning) to heal through more constant large hits than have less of those and more random damage on 2/3 tanks at once (FA etc).

Somewhere around 200/250 SR and more avoidance gear sounds logical to me (without really comparing anything) as getting the last amounts of res are usually the most sacrificial in terms of regular stats.

I got FA when I bubbled, the chance is small, but its there.

This is just not true.

The resistance plateaus are not real. They just change the text in your character sheet. It's a linear function.

It's a "chance" for 25% more damage, not always 25% more damage.

Having 364 means you have some chance of not having a 75% resist, not that you will always take 25% more damage.

I off-tank her wearing ZERO SR.
Never noticed any serious damage intake at all.

Shadow ress isnt really needed to exceed, use 290 or summit tho. the point here is that you can just heal yourself the entire fight, making it impossible to go under

This is a fight where it's not really there are a lot of disadvantages of having a paladin MT over a warrior but that a paladin OT'ing has many advantages over a warrior.

1.) You can wear a healing mace/shield and heal yourself with holy light inbetween big bursts of damage since this is a very healing intensive fight every little bit will help your healers out and your mana is practically endless.

2.) Your not completly useless and despite the fact you can't auto-attack you can still cast a judgement here and there manually refreshing it every 20 odd seconds.

3.) You can bubble in an emergency and heal yourself as an OT, since really you can't afford to lose any tanks on this fight.

4.) Paladins will have more HP than warriors in SR gear due to our hp buffs.

I don't see why any of you would not wear SR gear for this fight, you don't need to worry about crushing blows so you can go all out with stamina gear on the slots your not using SR gear. I have just under 22k HP with a flask/consunable and shout from our warrior in SR resist gear.

I go with maxxed SR using a 35res/18 stat flask, the flask should still be up for flames after council so it's not that much of a waste.
