It's all virtual. Have you not read any news about it ? You can start here : http://eu.battle.net/hearthstone/en/

What I've heard is that the regions keep separate data for your cards, decks, wins/losses, ranking... all separate, even though you log in the same BNet account. But I can't actually find any way to choose which side I'm opening the game (changing the region when logging in launcher doesn't change anything)...

Arnock: It's an online multiplayer card game. Only people who've been sent beta keys can access the servers right now. It goes into open beta next month.
I don't play WoW any more.

I highly doubt it. I don't think I've done any dungeons in TSW, and haven't played it in the last 2-3 months at all. I'm pretty sure my character name is Theck though (Theodore "Theck" Crook is what I think I chose).

Not really, I've heard it mentioned and figured it was similar to the TCG. I've never been interested in card games and such, so never really bothered to look into it further.

Many online RPGs have seasonal events for holidays like Christmas. I love how Fallen London announces theirs:

On the Hearthstone beta key discussion from yesterday: I've been trying to work it out, and from what I can gather currently the Beta automatically puts you into the region defined by your address on Battle.net. This is regardless of whether you have an EU or US key.
I don't play WoW any more.

Red Lights of Death (overheating issues -- some thing its a sabotage as someone had mentioned lead being used into the thermal grease on purpose) and Blue Lights of Death (one caused by a faulty HDMI port, the other the cause is unknown)

Hi, just asking out of curiosity, do you have any plans on putting Divine intervention back?
No. It was very buggy and mostly seemed popular because it skirted repair bills, which doesn't feel very heroic. (Source)

like seriously? skirted repair bills? let's not talk about hunter's FD and mage's invis.

Well in their defense, it was buggy and could be used to cheese mechanics

It had two uses: Breaking certain encounters by using it to drop out of the fight (Herald Volazj, for example), and dropping on someone during a wipe so you both avoid repairs. Not really any legitimate gameplay use that'll be missed.
