Well that explains the weird sensation on the deadlifting. I was going down to almost a full stretch (hands on the ground).

Either that, or if you've got a power rack at your gym you can lift from the pins.

Like this, but lower

I experienced someone doing curls in the squat rack yesterday for the first time ever. I was highly displeased.

I hope everyone is remembering that losing a bit of weight is all well and good, but you need to stop before you risk being so thin you slip through your arse and strangle yourself...

If you are facing that risk you need to pretend to be an airplane until sufficient Krispy Kremes have been administered to alleviate the danger of imminent slippage.

P.S Forgot to add - congrats to everyone heading towards or actually meeting their goals. :)

Don't worry. My diet as of the last few days has consisted of hearty meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, topped with Doritos, Ringolos and Reese's. Yikes...

congratulations!

I've been cheating too much on my diet... everything I have been trying to stick to food-wise now tastes shitty to me, when a week ago I was thinking to myself "yeah this can work, I can do this!"

Make sure your diet doesn't just consist of "healthy" things Sab. We all like to eat treats and I think it's totally unrealistic to eat ONLY healthy day in, day out.

Still hovering around 150-151 pounds, but my pant size is dropping so I'll just assume I'm ditching fat for muscle. I just bought two pairs of pants in size 8. I don't EVER remember wearing single digit sized pants, not even in high school. So frigging excited!

Woot Woot.

WTG Nika

I'm in denial right now - at the in-laws = 6-7 meals a day (well breakfast (with a danish), Early lunch (3-4 times the calories of normal), Afternoon "cofee" - really afternoon cake, early dinner (fastfood or biiiiig portions), then evenning "snack" - more cake)
Not participating is rude on some level, and I know Its jjust a few days and such, but still.. I'm in denial (hoping I can be back under 110 kg by thursday (first time I've been under that in12 or 13 years - not really sure tbh - when I stepped on the weight on thursday).

Not looking forward to monday, but on th eupside I've eaten so much I won't be hungry or wanting sweets for the next week or 2 when we get home.
