CS does, as does the single melee hit of HotR. I think SotR does, but I'm not really sure. I'm not sure about HoW either.

Judgment and AS do not proc it though. They are not melee abilities.

Blue/Prismatic sockets: 240 Stamina.
Yellow sockets: 120 Stamina+160 Hit, or if you have enough hit on gear 120 Stamina+160 Dodge (or Mastery).
Red sockets: 120 Stamina+160 Expertise, or if you have enough expertise on gear 120 Stamina+160 Parry.

Just to comment on the gem options, the stam/hit doesn't actually exist anymore. They changed numble to dodge/stam and the stam/hit cut is no longer available. If you have old ones they have a new name (confounded) but you are unable to create new stam/hit gems.

Ah, I had no idea they were taken out of the game. A shame, really, but that means you'll be using Stamina+Dodge or Stamina+Mastery gems. The Hit cap's pretty low, so it wasn't too likely you would be able to use many of them in the first place.

Judgment is a melee ability, but only procs SoT, no other seals.

SotR procs all seals.

I'm actually not 100% sure about HoW myself.

HoW is a ranged attack IIRC.

Does not trigger any seal on ptr.
