I still keep seeing those stupid ads that lead you to install questionable software on your pc on this site. I'd never fall for them, but those ads aggravate me because every so often I get calls from private clients or at work from some administrator that screwed up and installed that crap on their machine.
I'd rather see those untamed toronto ads over and over again than those ads that lead you to malware/hijackware websites.

I think I'm starting to notice a trend.
I've seen parts of the same trend in general.
As a former RL for Sag, though I have to say, his patience is pretty large, and I don't think this is part of the trend.
(Of course, Sag-mini could be taking up a lot of resources, meaning there isn't as much leeway towards the game, becuse Sag-mini is more important in all repsects - I know I had a while where I had less patience with the game while Noos-mini was, well, mini.)

I'm thinking this has a lot to do with this. We both are much more tired nowadays, which means everything feels duller to my senses. There's also the end of patch effect starting - before I went solo, I always had an entire guild to follow up on and help prepare for the future, whereas now I'm mostly doing a weekly simcraft or two, analyse the result a bit and adjust Quel a little bit. Still, the "Dark Below" leak did raise an eyebrow - I'm really curious as to what's up next, which is a good sign...
When that day comes, seek all the light and wonder of this world, and fight.

Guild is likely to score our first Lei Shen and Ra-den kills this week and/or next week.
Frustration: Without me. I'm going to the Outer Banks for a week, so I'm taking these two weeks off of raiding.
It's hard to be too disappointed given that I'll be relaxing at the beach. But still a little sad.
Frustration #2: So much work to do, so little time before patch! I picked the worst week to go on vacation!

Skull & Bones? What do they have against Cypress Hill?
We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.

They also explicitly mention just two types of musical genres.
I guess if you're a rap and hip-hop fan you're okay. Also if you like electronica but don't go to raves you seem to be safe.

Fornication - thats just a description of the carnal part - so I guess anyone who isn't celibate (for life) is at risk.

I'm amused that Shoju only highlighted heavy metal on that list....
Apparently being guilded with Worldie should be added as well.

Vegetarianism? What's the logic behind that being linked to satan?

In a nutshell, remote viewing is the claim that a person can remotely view a place, people, and actions happening in real time, without use of technology and using only their own ESP abilities.
An example is that if I stated I had strong ESP abilities, and I could remotely view something. One way to test would be to put me into a room that offers no external stimuli, and have me tell the audience what is going on in Nika's workplace right now, and with whom, and have it be accurate.
That's the most basic idea of it, anyway (I know this only because I've been researching ESP stuff for a story I'm working on).
As for what Shoju linked, I'm also confused by vegetarianism making that list, but no veganism?
(Though Twilight Films is pretty hilarious.)

Veganism is too niche for fundies to care about it, that list is kind of a diss.

Re: Post your Frustrations.
The list is just batshit insane. I mean... There are so many things on this list that make so sense to me, and I grew up the son of a fundamental christian pastor. This list is even off base to my father...
I'm going to assume that Vegetarianism, will be propped up by Cain and Abel, and Cain's Jealousy at his brother's prosperity in Burnt Offerings to God, which led to him murdering his father. That's a HUGE stretch, but my bet is that would be the reasoning.
I'm not sure what they would use as a justification of Cyberpunk Culture... Unless they are considering it an "extension" of "Goth Culture", which in the minds of fundies is all about dressing in black, wearing upside down crosses, and selling your soul to Marilyn Manson, who is the "preparer" for the Anti-Christ.
I laugh hysterically at the inclusion of Vampirism and Lycanthropy.... Did I miss the memo? Do we have... "real" Vampires and Werewolves running around? Because.... depending on what mythos is "true", I might just sign up to be an immortal bloodsucker.
Video Games is an interesting inclusion on the list, since some of the most successful evangelical christian products do in fact, have their own "video games".
All in all, this list is awful, even when viewed in the light of the "Fundies". When I showed my dad the list, he just shook his head, and muttered something about scary big words and cliches.
I chuckled, since I say that a lot to him.

Setting up a new phone. Android, but different stuff on it because this one's Huawei with mostly stock Android UI, old one was Xperia skinned in a lot of places.
I really, really do not like the new one's keyboard or messaging & contacts themes. I realised this after setting up all my apps and contacts and erasing all data on the old phone.

I hate the new TSM, specially because for some reason, it failed to import all my old settings, so I gotta redo all my auctioning groups again and the new TSM is all confusing.
