Generally I do not bump that often but first kills of Heroic Garalon and Heroic Wind Lord Mel'jarak in one night warrants it.

Twice in 24 hours.

I was checking our tank situation. What we have is a tank who would like to stop raiding due to time commitments but feels obliged to continue raiding until a replacement is found; which is a sucky place to be in and a position I have been in myself in the past. It sucks. It truely is terrible, having to raid so you don't let people in game down as honour is keeping you playing till you can pass on the tanking mantle to another.

Given the impending release of 5.2 and new raids coming up, get an application in, even if your gear is under-par for Heroic modes if you can demonstrate knowledge of your tanking class, previous raid experience and long-term commitment to a guild. The existing tank can work on progression for the guild and we can gear you on farm bosses (if you display the desired attributes and are not after "free gear").

We've undergone a few roster changes in the past week. We are now looking to recruit ranged DPS (not too fussed about class with the exception of hunters) and a healer or two (druid especially).

I was just coming on to bump this, I am quite slow nowdays it seems.

A brand spanking new 25 man is being formed in two weeks on our server by the top players from two 10 man guilds (gasp!) and a few of our members caught up in the promises of progression and a wonderfully perfect environment. Personally I do not give this new guild a snowballs chance in Hell. But as a result are losing two Healers and some minor DPS in the process.

Being an established guild and not being on the cutting edge of progression (2/13 H 25man) in the short run our roster is large and flexible enough to use offspecs and ex-raiders to keep the raids going but this is not ideal for our progression. So we are after two healers to join in the next couple of weeks before two of our current healers are leaving for greener (snort) pastures.
