So Toronto doesn't typically get a lot of snow. And when it does, it doesn't know what to do with it. Like, call in the army type stuff is what they seem to think is appropriate. Since I come from a city four hours to the north/east that gets this kind of weather pretty regularly I don't think much of it, but holy crap... everyone calls in sick or doesn't bother to show up to work on days like this. (We're really only getting like 10 inches/25 cm of snow.) So nothing is plowed and walking is a bit treacherous (I walk to work) but it's GORGEOUS outside!
