while doing some work in my basement, I came across a 3'x6' sheet of steel that probably weighs 125-130 lbs, left leaning against a wall by a previous owner... for no apparent reason.

so far evidence points to no, it wasn't. I think it probably weighed more than the wall it was leaning on (a simple wood panel cosmetic room division, really). I ripped out half the wall to open up a section of the basement.

And it didn't appear to cover any pits to the netherworld, hell or another dimension. It did however appear to be painted on and drilled into at some point... but not in any sort of warning symbols I can decifer.

If I go mad, blame it on the steel plate holding an old god that I disturbed unkowingly. Maybe I'll get my own expansion
