I'm sure the other good raiders are feeling just as frustrated as you.
Own frustration: Waking up with a bad feeling in my gut (probably from some dream I can't remember) and then not being able to get a hold of my girlfriend because her phone is off.

That's what the warning shot is for - reminding everyone to thenk things over before permanent decisions are made. We can't ask Klaud to go down with the ship either right?

Not sure how that's gonna go... our Raid Leader (and Guild Leader) had some serious Real Life shit drop on him and he's gonna be unreachable for the next 2 weeks, at the least...
Meaning I am pretty much the defacto co-leader with the other officer that handles the raid until he comes back...
We got a solid core of raiders in the main group... we got two tanks, 2 dps, 2 strong healers, 1 good healer/dps hybrid, we sort of poached a third dps because he's bored of tanking on his main with a different raid group... but after that its whatever we can get... and choosing a person in the guild ruffles the feathers of the others... and viceversa...
Really its people in the guild vying for the last spots in the raid that are being as mature as high school drama kids... and the hint of bringing people from outside the guild and take those spots is what's been getting these people all up in arms...
And I get caught in the crossfire because I am the officer that seems to be the friendliest of the bunch (now idea how that happened though)
The sad part, is that we got 4 insane dps in the guild, that we would take over everyone else in the guild, that would love to raid with us, but their real life schedules conflict really bad with our raid times, and changing our raid times would create conflict with the existing group as well...
