So, while I'm not going to be terribly heartbroken about failing this trial with this guild I'm in, the accountability of the new GM to his friends is quite amusing.

While progressing on Heroic Imperial Viz dude, melee are constantly dying to Attenuation 90% of the time causing our wipes (and over half of those are the GM himself), but that's ok for raiders to be causing a wipe. But heaven's forbid I don't do the double Attenuation in P2 properly the first time we get to it.

Having any crash victim sit inside a vehicle especially for an extended wait for emergency services to arrive is dumb. You could theoretically get sued as well if they suffer neck or back injuries.

She always says she isn't interested in getting ranked, but always mentions it if it happens when she does get ranked. Even during the raid.

Generally you can't get sued in Europe for offering help, if someone accepts it they are liable for any problems arising from the acceptance. Only if you offer inadequate help and are obliged to help in the first place (liek being a doctor) can you get punished, but still usually not get sued.

If you want to offer help, I think it would be better to offer to lend the victims a blanket or somesuch to keep them warm while waiting to be attended by paramedics or rescue workers.
