Hmmm... yeah, just saw that.

What I also saw was GC replying to 5.2 prot warrior changes on twitter, but still ignoring pally tank changes >=/

Blue said they might buff SoI.

I'm also expecting spriest nerfs at the same time Holy is sniffing at overtaking shadow dps, lol.

Bleh, lots talks about warriors and HS or SW on the twitter feed, nothing on paladins whatsoever.

Wish more people from this community would bring it up on twitter... you know, maybe talk about our aoe snap threat or rather lack thereof.

Fetzie ‏@Fetzie_

@Ghostcrawler any opinion on prot pally snap AoE aggro? Feels inadequate comapred to other tanks. Maybe removal of Holy Wrath Meteor?

Hasn't replied to any of my tweets yet, but who knows?

Yep, sent him something similar

one full of math
one basically paraphrasing yours
one snarky

seeing how he spent this weekend either replying to warriors or snark... thought it was worth the shot

What's the money on being able to re-arrange the names of the dudes on Mt. Rushmore to read something like "nerf paladins to the ground, because you feel like it"?

What are you guys complaining about? Paladins have probably the best cooldowns around and we're getting an extra 10% every 30 secs in the patch. Our DPS is totally fine, especially with how we scale with haste compared to other tank classes. I'm more worried they'll notice we're a bit overpowered soon and nerf us. :D

Grabbing the threat of lots of mobs at once is rather gimped compared to the other tanks. Consecrate takes 2 seconds to do anything, Hammer of the Righteous only does damage when you have some vengeance and Holy Wrath does fuck all when split among 4+ mobs.

It's kind of the same for the other tanks too, though. Thunderclap does fuck all without vengeance and the dot it applies can be compared to consecration. I usually find it's whoever goes and hits the mobs first that gets to keep threat on all the trash mobs in a raid, regardless of class. It's more of a vengeance problem to be honest.

That said it would be nice if they removed the meteor effect on HW.

i dont raid with or as a monk currently, but i believe that is where most of the snap aggro issues are coming from
i know as a raiding DK tank with a pally co tank D&D and BB dont rip threat off my co tank

I kinda have to question that as well. When my DK was 85, running as Blood, in ~378 dps gear, I was yanking aggro off the 90 paladin tank with ease (and complaints from said paladin).
