Preliminary Paladin tanking patch notes so far:

Consecration: Consecrates the land beneath you, causing [927 old] 8,226 (new) Holy damage over 9 sec to enemies who enter the area.
Eternal Flame: The heal over time is increased by 100% if used on the Paladin.
Hand of Purity: Places a Hand on the friendly target, [reducing the damage of harmful periodic effects by 70% for 6 sec (old)] damage taken by 10% and damage from harmful periodic effects by an additional 70% for 6 sec.

The new raid is called Throne of Thunder and seems to contain 13 bosses:
- Council of Elders
- Dark Aniums
- Durumu the Forgotten
- Horridon
- Iron Qon
- Ji-kun
- Jin'rokh the Breaker
- Lei Shen (end boss most likely)
- Mageara
- Primordius
- Ra-den
- Tortos
- Twin Consorts

At least a few of them are Zandalari.

There also seems to be a new world boss called Nalak, the Storm Lord.

And giving hand of purity a lot more utility. Eternal flame change must be trying to actually make it a choice you may actually want... not sure how that'll work out though. At least it looks like the HOT may heal for more than SS absorbs?

Official PTR notes concerning paladins (as of December 21):

• Hand of Purity now reduces all incoming damage by 10% in addition to its other effects.
• Eternal Flame's periodic heal now provides 100% more healing when self-cast.
• Judgment now costs 5% of base mana.

  • The base damage of Consecration has been increased by 789%, and it now scales less efficiently with attack power by approximately 11%.

UPDATE: There's also a paladin bug fix that affects our (in Knaughty's words) retardedribution brethren:
