Isn't that how you do the achievement with flying through the rings?

Yes, but that generally doesn't involve punting someone who's AFK all the way down the hallway, from the stairs into the hole. It took several strokes (hence par 3).

Why not on normal mode? (we usually have an AFK'er r two on trash ) - warlock comes to mind.

Apparently the bombs from the GL daily can be used while you are mounted, and are effective at pushing other players into other mobs, including the opposing faction.

Mystically Epic! I finally got an epic head item. Okay, so it's the lowest ilevel of the 3 possible LFR helms, but it's better than my 471 blue. I used a bonus roll on all three of the possible LFR bosses this week (Shak'zeer, Sha, and Will), because I was getting sick of never seeing one.

i am using the polearm off spirit kings on my dk now, because the 2 weapons i had were 450 blues, and i gained ~300 mastery and >1k dps on my old blood weapon

plus haste and mastery are both great for frost....

Personally, I'd track down a Witch Hunter's Harvester. I always thought that thing had Death Knight Model written all over it.
