Our main tank in vanilla was a 14 year old kid. This kid also had more maturity than half the adults I've played this game with. Sadly when WoW made the jump to requiring broadband he had no choice but to stop playing :\
I usually give kids a chance until they start babbling incessantly in guild chat or just generally being obnoxious and then it's probably time to move on.

Got a ring of elegon last night... and now the armory has gone from only MSV being 'optimal' (rest were 'challenging') to all the current raids being 'optimal'
man, it's a good thing I got that ring or those other raids may have been *hard*
