WoW's Creepiest Places

Given it is a week from Halloween, as well as a WoWInsider article got me thinking...What are some of the creepiest places in WoW that you have come across?

It is mentioned in the article, but one of my favorites is definitely the throne room in the Ruins of Lordearan. As a lore nerd, i love being able to go there and see the blood stain still on the floor and hear the ghostly whispers.

Some of the other creepy places i have found include the central area of Black Wing Descent, where you can see corpses of at least Green and Bronze dragons hanging on chains from the ceiling.

So what are you favorite places to check out this time of year, or just places you have found that are creepy, weird or just a bit off?

I think it is but they made it a bit harder to get down there. Definitely the creepiest place I can think of.

There are some spooky void areas that give me the creeps too, though. The scariest thing I've ever experienced in a game is, oddly enough, plunging into pitch black water in a Garrysmod spaceship. Being immersed in total darkness with no idea which way to steer or whether you will crash into something solid... Freaky.

A hundred times this. Creeped me the hell out the first time I found it. I still wish they'd do something with this place.

A lot of underwater places in general just give me the creeps. Particularly Vashj'ir when I get over near the rep vendor area and constantly have to watch out for whale sharks and other crazy giant elite mobs.

Silithus.
On one of my alts.
So very very empty, even with CRZ there was no-one there during peak time.
I reckon you could hotfix that place so that vendors give away free i500 epix and it would be months before people noticed.

Depends on how often the 2 people that go there check the vendors... and how quiet they tried to keep it. That being said, I have noticed the "world PvP" turn in thing has been over 50/200 for each side the last couple times I've gone (compared to 3/200 before CRZ.)
