That sentiment seems to be growing in popularity. Though technically a lot of doping is merely against the rules but not illegal.
I don't have a problem with it in theory but I just don't know how manageable it will be. When you baseline everyone to a safe level of doping then by default those that would cheat are now doing something dangerous so this would require extensive controls.

Jesus, that was an epic collapse. The Nationals should be proud of how far they got, but be ashamed of falling to the Cards 9-7 after a freaking 6-0 lead. Going from 7-5 to 9-7 top of the 9th just makes me wonder why they didn't pull their closer after he got so far behind.

P.S. I hope the Tigers skullfuck the Yankees and sweep their asses.

Hmm, how was that not a TD in the Stanford ND game? Are they saying that the whistle blew when his forward progress was stopped?
It looked like he clearly broke the plane before his supporting points touched. You could maybe say he was losing control of the ball first, but it was clearly recovered by Stanford in the endzone anyhow.

Cycling has done quite a lot of work to clean up the sport. Some claim that you can see it in the races, even the captains aren't anywhere near the machines of the EPO years. I find that believable and it matches what I see, but as I'm no expert I can be wrong.
I'm more suspicious of american sports. Only baseball has had very many scandals, and in sports with so much money at stake I find it hard to believe that no one tries to cheat. I especially find it abhorrent that the NFL only has a four game ban for steroid abuse. 2 years ban and lifetime ban for repeat offenders is what it should be.

OH, I can't believe this slipped my mind. RIP Beano Cook. Easily one of my favorite sports personalities. He had a weekly morning interview with the local honk here in Seattle that was always great. Beano's memory was freaking amazing even in his old age, and he could tell some amazing stories. He'll be missed.

The Browns... won a game... I... well, I'm shocked. I was a little troubled by Richardson's lack of production in the game (apparently, he got hurt?).
Oh well, 10 games to go, I think I'm almost safe to collect on my bet.

Things you thought would never be said about the modern day NFL:
If the Ravens can't figure out a way to stop the run they don't deserve to make the playoffs.

We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.

Or, How in the world can you be a head coach in the NFL and continuously butcher how to win a game at the end? That's 2? 3? times that JG has lost a game because of clock management fail.
