Dinged my monk 90!!
One shot first boss in H-Sethek with Touch of Death.
DBM told me I killed him in 0 seconds.
Sadly my just hit 90 monk was 8k HP short of doing the same to Anzu.
No mount, but G"DAMN I LOVE MY MONK.

LoL OP monks!
Dingged 90, got myself some blue crafted 450 gear, did the Arena of Annihilation for the tanking weapon then ran a random Heroic (the non-graveyard Scarlet one).
Was a little bit tricky at times, (as Befits blue geared tank/healer/derps) but the flow and feel felt GOOD, as opposed to some of the Cata heroics (lets 1 shot the tank).
I think they got the balance right for your average random LFG collection of players.
And those Scarlet Treasury guys that explode in a shower of gold? Very nice touch!

As a quick aside, I don't understand what all the fuss was about with the heroic ilvl requirement. I was already 440 when I dinged, without having bought Honor or Justice stuff...

So I saw a Rocket Chicken pet on the BMAH last night. Bid on it and had the top bid for the better part of the day. Got outbid twice and refused to go over what my initial price was (keeping in mind this thing was going for almost 70k by the time it completed).
Guildie saw a lvl 8 one on the AH for 20k. This game seems to really like me lately.

Ditto, I was questing the next day after dinging and people were talking about heroics so I thought I'd find out what the ilevel was by looking at the dungeon finder, oh, already accessable.

Finished one of the Ways of the cookthings, Honored with Golden Lotus and crafted the epic leather gloves/chest, and Revered with Klaxxi so when I do get enough valor I can buy the legs.
also i'm gonna try to stick to a schedule for this online class I have. 20+ people got removed from the first deadline when I checked my grade and there are two more deadlines to potentially get booted at.

Got both Direbrew tanking stam trinkets, and the spare dodge trinket (which doesn't seem to give much).
Bit under the hit/exp cap, even with reforging everything which is annoying.
Need to run Coren a few more times for the Derps trinket methinks.
Having a ball smashing the bejeebus out of H-UP for my daily mount run.
And decided to kill 2 birds (literally and figurativly) with 1 stone:
I needed wildfowl breast and 250 grizzly trophies for Darkmoon fare, so I went on a bird murdering spree in Karasang Wilds. Cant say the birds were very well grouped though...
Does anyone know of a better place to AoE farm birds?
I had a look along the rivers in the Jade Forest, but many areas seemed phased.

north of halfhill are a bunch of cranes, but the drop rate for the breasts has been nerfed...

Consider Emperor Salmon in VoT4W,lots of pools,and takes just about as much time as gathering+cleaving mobs.
Or those turtles on the shore near the river(VoT4W),they drop loads of meat too!

I was farming Crocolisk meat in the Vale. Quick respawn on them because they're used for daily quests (or at least, they were the day I was farming them.) Currently 5/6 Master of the Ways (need to finish up Grill.) Then another 50 tokens and I'll be a cooking trainer!
