Mastery dumped last night? down to 21% block with SOTR

Hi Guys,

Did I miss a memo? My SOTR block damage reduction was 48% last night and now it's 21%. What's going on?

Actually, it seems the tooltip on the buff still says my original number of 50% ish... but in the character pane when you look at Mastery stat in the melee section it says 21%.

That's because your mastery is only 21%. SotR's base damage reduction is 30%, for a total of 30%+mastery (in your case, 51%).
