Re: Making Gold on the AH
For alliance new JC patterns are in Jade Forest at Greenstone Village I think. For Horde, I would guess the same, but haven't played my horde alt yet.

Any suggestion on what to do with the massive amount of cloth piling up?
I cannot move it on the AH by itself, nor the PvP set which is flooded. Other than DEing the PvP set, which doesn't seem cost effective, is there any avenue for its use?

There's a bracer pattern that costs 3 bolts. Most efficient use of DE materials I've found as of yet. Our raiders throw them in the gbank, my alt crafts and DEs them.
We now have an entire bank tab full of enchanting materials, from dust to Sha Crystals, ready to go. We'll be flooding the market with them instead of stockpiling for raider enchants if this keeps up

If you can effectively farm the SoH, there's pvp patterns that can be purchased, those are selling quite well right now.

Do check your market first though...
I bought the full tailoring PVP set for just a bit over 2k. The same for the leather set would cost about 10k right now.

Frustration.. selling pets.
Too many competitors, too many dumping pets on the AH, too many willing to sell no where near earlier values... bah.. might just dump them all to really bury the market.

Re: Making Gold on the AH
Logged in today to find all buckles on the AH were bought out, and living steel was ~1400/ea, so promptly bought 8 of them and posted 8 buckles at 2500/ea. Within 30 seconds, sold 1, and before I went to raid had sold 4. Sadly got undercut doing the raid, but have since reposted for ~2350/ea, so still making nearly 1k on them if they sell by tomorrow.
And crafted pvp chest/legs still selling rather well, mats are ~100-140g, both sell for 800-1200 depending on the day.

OK big sellers last night, meaning big price tags:
- Living Steel buckles: 2500
- New metas: 2900
- Flasks: 399g each
- Potions: 350g a stack
- Rare leg enchants: 1499g
- Uncommon leg enchants: 499g (which I sold like 10 of those!)
- Rare shoulder enchant: 499g
- Epic shoulder enchant: 2999g
Just to mention a few, mats for feasts are thru the roof, say 1 turnip is 9g and you need like 100.. so do the math

Think the veggie prices will drop once more people rep up with the tillers or do you think it will stay high?

Hard to say, some will get bored, some are using the mats themselves for the dailies, and you need to turn in veggies to get more tokens.
When you have a lot of 16-plot farms, it might, but it will be a while.

Will soon. As soon as the botters dump some cheap herbs again, I'll have 2 more scribes making them.

Re: Making Gold on the AH
I saw that decks were selling for 50Kg
Veggie market still high, I only hav 8 patches to farm them at the moment, I have to use one for those for the daily..
Last night I picked my crop, placed more including the daily, whent out and did the other dailies, came back and they were ready to harvest! Didn't they take 20-24 hours to grow?
Maybe because I got rep ding with one of the "gift people" they grew? mmm
What's faster?
- Kill endless mobs for a chance of veggies to drop?
- Fish 20 fishes and make the bundles for a token then buy veggies with them?
Still making big bucks for leg enchants, the tanking ones are big sellers at 999g, the rest 450g, one guy put them at 249g, I bought them and placed them at 450g..

Crops flip over at midnight server, no matter when you planted them.
We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.

There's also a small chance of each crop being harvestable instantly.
