US/EU/Asia(?) should all be separate, but beyond that, should be fair game.

Yes, unfortunately. Very frustrating.

Fetzie#2779 in case anybody want to do anything on EU side. BattleTags also work in other regions, I have battletag friends on US side in D3 as well as EU side.

...seriously? I've tried to add RealID friends from the US onto my EU side WoW account with no luck. Although I was using e-mail addresses, but I'm not sure how using battletags would change that. D3 is different from WoW though... since you can easily flip regions. Hmmm...

You can't add US side people on your EU friendlist, but if you are on a US WoW account you can add US players using the same battle-tag.

lol that's way too close to a birth year. Nice of them to tack on about 5 years to your age!

I actually had the same thought when I got the number. Then I had to go look up what interesting events happened in 1976.

January – The Cray-1, the first commercially developed supercomputer, is released by Seymour Cray's Cray Research.
April 1 - Apple Computer Company is formed by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak.
July 20 – Viking program: The Viking 1 lander successfully lands on Mars.
November 26 - Microsoft is officially registered with the Office of the Secretary of the State of New Mexico.
Some of the few "good" things that happened that year. Not sure if 1976 was just a bad year, or people only tend to remember/document the bad things. I'd be more inclined to believe the latter is true.
Side note: Wikipedia links are dangerous. I go looking at Theck's link to see if anything "mathy" was associated with the year, and end up reading about whale sharks...
