T13 normal mixes well with T4 (I'm using the T4 shoulders with the rest of T13 myself)

Do you reckon a GM will help at all with 'lost' Transmogging items?

There is a unique model cutlass available from the quest 'Turning the Brashtide'.

Unfortunately I believe I completed the quest and DE/Sold the item - before transmogging was ever announced or even hinted at.

I need better matching boots, and gloves. Well Glorious gloves would match but they are extremely hard to come by.
Also alternative shoulders wouldn't hurt.

p.s. the sword has a large yellow glow on live, shame it doesn't show on the armory

Very few good looking 1h axes out there... There is a cata one that might fit your set but i cannot find it right now... Wowhead and ipads dont get along very well when it comes to item filtering...

I've been using The Decapitator for mogging, mostly because I already had it in my bank, but it has a rather neutral color that can go with anything.

There are several "invisible" boots for Draenei - I prefer those because there are no matching issues, and as far as dressing Draenei chicks goes, less is more.

Ancient Skeletal boots from Marrowgar, Foreshadow Steps from Halion, and Boots of the Funeral March from Valithria are all invisible on goat feet.

Conqueror's Greaves might be an option. http://www.wowhead.com/item=25007

For the hands, I guess hold out for the Glorious. Not many options there. Conqueror's gauntlets perhaps? http://www.wowhead.com/item=25009

I know of some red boots from BRD, as well as a quest reward from SLABS.
Also if you are tanking with that gear i believe the crystal pulse shield looks decent.

I found the Icy-Veins site particularly useful when I was hunting down just the right belt for my Overlords set. Turns out the Tenacious Defender from Omor the Unscarred in Hellfire Ramparts suited perfectly.
