Or you could go to the forums and see that there are posts in both the beta and PTR forums stating it.

Is it reasonable to assume without any rigorous calculations, that we should be switching to the Austere meta over the Eternal meta come Tuesday?

I am assuming your right, however with the 30% nerf in place I really doesn't matter either way.
