As someone with two accounts I'm also very curious if account wide means Battle.net account or just WoW account. Not sure if I'd keep my second subscription active if it's not truly Battle.net account wide.

Yeh this is my reasoning as well, I keep two accounts, each has 1 char that has stuff on I'd like both to have (and the usual spread of random alts). I like the flexibility of having them able to be both online at the same time, but I'm not sure what I would decide to do if they didn't get to share because of it

Exactly the same here, and I don't think we're alone. I'm hoping Blizzard is smart here and does account wide right. Unless it's extremely hard technically I think they will - they'd probably lose a few subscriptions otherwise. This is also why they won't ever give us more than 11 character slots (unless they add a new class of course, then we'd get a 12th.)

I do seem to remember Blizzard wanting to make, at the very least, a way to view someone's achievements in all their battle.net games back when they announced Battle.Net 2.0 while they were still working on Starcraft II.

I Hate (with a capital H you will notice) flying mounts with flapping wings. I don't know why, I just really hate staring at the flapping wing motion.

Two of my max level non-Druids (where I have to live with it for Herbalism goodness) have the Headless Horseman mount, two do not.

Now, ALL will have it! Woot!

So does this mean, becuase mounts and achievements are account bound, that alts will get free 310%?

All things being equal, yes, it should unless they change the achievement, as thats what grants you the mount and the speed.
I suddenly don't feel so bad for having to prioritize 1 char for a lot of the holiday events - having it complete on 2 (former) mains has stolen enough of my time tbh.
