I'm sorry we can't be friends anymore.

Of course if that were true I couldn't be marrying J either.

Eh, I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of SMG, but I loved watching Buffy (mostly cause of Willow, Tara, Anya, Oz and Wesley Wyndam-Pryce.) I enjoy the humorous scripts, have always liked vampires/werewolves, and am a big fan of magic/fantasy.

Now, to say some of the love triangles and whatnot were annoying, I can agree with that, but as a series, if you just look past some of that, then it's really not bad.

As for Angel, Cordelia and Fred are probably my favorite characters (I didn't care for Cordelia on Buffy, but I've never been fond of that style of bitchiness.) Parts of the storyline were ok, but I didn't care for the finale.

Firefly, I can't comment on, because I haven't watched it, but I'd probably like it if I did.

We can be persecuted together. She is fecking annoying. She actually made me stop watching Buffy because I felt the same way about her as I feel about Joffrey apart from Joffrey is acting and SMG was just being herself.

Not a fan.

Avengers Assemble - 7.8/10 BaraScore. Very funny in 2 places especially [I haven't laughed that much since possibly Dodgeball] and quite a good role for Scarlet J who has matured into something good with age. I still dislike THOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR with a passion but R D Jnr brings his usual gags to the party.

I also finally got around to watching 'The Help' on DVD. That is a truly excellant film.

Next film to see - Possibly 'The Dictator'.

Anyone here see Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close? Watched that a few days ago and holy cow I don't think I've teared up that much from a movie in... ever. Probably the closest anything has come to making me cry that much is "The Body" episode of Buffy.

Also, for those who don't like SMG, I'd say Buffy is a wonderful show to watch because she dies pretty much every season! (yes Nika/Kat, I realize that's an exaggeration... don't kill me :D)

I loved the Avengers. couldn't stop laughing at Hulk's 'puny god' remark.

It's all in the delivery's buildup. I do think he was all too calm by that point in the movie. More like idling away than actually pissed off HRARRG RAAAAAAAAGE.

I have been. I usually hate "mistaken identity" plot lines, so I figured I'd hate a series based around that premise, but Ringer has actually been pretty good.

I think the fun in the buildup was that it was so incredibly fast: Loki was hardly done speaking when he went flying, so I didn't even have time to think of what Hulk would do to counter, it was allready done by then.

kind of odd maybe, but at the 2 moments I laughed the most, only 2 words were spoken and both involved the Hulk. (Hulk punches Thor after killing a big bad guy together being the second).
