Talking about shitty music... I found an instrumental polka version of Rebecca Black's Friday song and its actually pretty darn good... or at least amusing.

For those litterary-minded: Polka will NEVER die!

I would say the difference is the popularity of shitty music, not its existence.

I was without my mp3 player at work, and was listening to the radio. After about an hour (probably less) I decided I'd rather listen to the constant ringing in my ears than the crap that was on the radio.

I'd rather listen to Colin Cowherd on the radio than crappy music.

The great thing about time is that only the good/important stuff gets remembered.

I highly doubt that the radio of the 60s sounded as "awesome" as the modern day oldies stations.
We live in a society where people born on third base constantly try to steal second, yet we expect people born with two strikes against them to hit a homerun on the first pitch.

Good lord, that's saying something.

Nothing like this on the radio?

I wish.

Good thing is that my phone is full of podcasts and music I like, so I always have something to listen to -- specially now that it seems the local station that would rebrodcast ESPN radio lost its license.

The only one that WOULD'VE been hard is Ps2/Ps3, but they made the pro choice of showing the Ps3's cord plugin spot

No need to get all obscurely old school up in this joint, that image is a more than adequate test.
