LF Help finding a Computer Problem.
A woman I work with is involved in a messy divorce, and has reason to believe that her soon to be ex has placed a keylogger from http://www.webwatchernow.com/ on her computer. (the charge is on their credit card).
She asked me if there was anyway possible to find if it is on her system.
I'm familiar with keyloggers, I have one on my oldest son's computer, and normally they have a ctrl/alt + x sequence to bring up the dashboard for the program, but I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this particular company, and could tell me the "default" sequence, or if there is a clean up tool available for it.

Googling found this - http://forums.techguy.org/windows-vista ... sktop.html
Technician8: Please hit the Hotkey sequence - Press the "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "Caps Lock" keys all at once.
This should open a password field. Enter your WebWatcher password. A WebWatcher status panel should then be displayed.

Try to get a firewall blocking everything but what's explicitely permitted.
Or, since it's normally the easiest solution, backup relevant data and format.

Re: LF Help finding a Computer Problem.
Webwatcher successfully removed with Malware Bytes.
You need a password once you input the CTRL+ALT sequence to do anything with the install on the comp. Thankfully, Malwarebytes removed it on the first go around, allowing me to clean it, clear it, and re-password protect her system without the keylogger on it.
Should make her life a little easier I hope.
