Small addon help (Vuhdo/Tidyplates)

Two small things I'm trying to do but can't figure out how to:

#1) Is there a way to set up Vuhdo to tie-in my Gift of the Naaru with my Greater Healing Wave? (I have GHW set to shift-leftclick - I'd like that to also use Gift first if available, on the same target). I don't really care if I get the "not ready" error if Gift is on cooldown still, but I do want to make sure that the GHW still fires.

(I've done similar macros before - tying Lifeblood to Insect Swarm for example, but don't know how to integrate that into Vuhdo's targeting...)

#2) Is there a way to prevent the nameplates from going "off the top of the screen"? I use tidyplates (to show my DoTs and remaining duration), but it doesn't help half the time as they just drift away into the clouds.
