However, any future achievement progress (February included) will be saved to your character and will continue to contribute towards progression of those achievements in subsequent visits to Darkmoon Faire.

Regrettably, we are not able to restore any progress you may have made during January's faire. We do appreciate the impact this may have had and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Guess everyone should've kept or sold those artifacts instead of using them, because, whooops....

Ugh.

I spent a pretty penny on some of those drops over the past month.

really? I have 24 total quest items and I think the most I spent on any single one was 50 gold. They added the ultra rare one to End Time so I'll eventually get that one.

Are you talking about the blue drops from bosses?

Those sell for 500+ horde side Flex.

I only paid that much because I had lost the roll on one about 5 times to people who had no clue what it even was for. Funny enough I just won another one off Benedictus. Oh well guess my shaman can finish the achieves too.

The new patch made them guaranteed drops from certain bosses, so it'll be much easier now and the price will plummet.

I was under the impression they just added it to the loot table of certain bosses. The other items are certainly being farmed, but I haven't see the Treatise in quantity yet.

Saving for the purple tallstrider first, then will consider pets. Also only on my ally hunter, so the purple tallstrider can be tamed as well.

Ran H regular Cata dungeon, I got VP, the first boss drops the treatise... lost the roll miserably to someone that maybe has no clue or intention to do the quest or even sell it..

I pleaded and linked my achieve that only needed this, if he could spare it. He even didn't answer..

Considering the rest of the quest objects are 100g or less in the AH this one is too expensive at 7K g in my realm

Going to try regular VP to see if it drops..

The title of this thread is ridiculous, but I think this was the only running thread we had for the DMF so I'm digging it back up.

Does anyone know if they removed the secondary profs quests from the DMF? I mean, I doubt it's just me that's bugged, but it seems weird that they would remove the fishing/cooking/etc quests but leave all the primary prof ones.

The quests are *SURPRISE!* bugged from last month because of the patch is supposedly what I'm hearing on the forums.

Looks like the thread title is still accurate.

That's an odd selection of quests to be bugged. I'd think all prof quests would be bugged since they're not dailies like the rest of the fair. Ah well. Thanks for the info. :)

Looks like the item turn-in quests haven't reset.

And Wowhead says the bunny is there in a cave. Apparently it does a DoT attack that deals 100% health and can't be healed?

It's still a mystery to me how whoever designed the DMF managed to get a job as a game designer. I don't even care about the rewards or however long it takes to get them, it's the mini-games that are garbage.

WoW does one thing very well and that's the core gameplay of tanking, healing and DPSing in dungeons. Whenever they veer away from this the result is completely laughable. If I want a diversion from that, I turn to my ceiling high games shelf and play something else, not "point your game camera vaguely at the green flashing arrow and press the 1 key".

Buy items off AH, turn in for quests, repeat monthly.
