Why do people ever wake up and decide to be a jerk to other people? My thought this morning.

Just finished Portal2 for the first time here. Those 2 seconds between you grabbing your portal gun and shooting it a last time were...endless.
Been a while since I actually shouted "No way in hell that's what I got to do" while also being so absolutely sure of it...

Definitely an amazing ending.

Re: thread of random thoughts
Sometimes, when I'm on a subway station, I find myself trying to memorize the details of the scene around me. And then I realize that I'm doing so that many years later, I will be able to tell my descendants how this place looked in the good old days before the End. Back when we still had electrical lightning, when the stations were filled with crowds of people, and when the trains were more than rusting metal husks.
A reckoning is not to be postponed indefinitely.

You want a random thought? This forum hates me. I pretty much gave up even reading this place more often than once a week because the "keep login" functionality seems to ignore me.

I had wondered where you went. You don't have something that deletes cookies (or whatever it is that makes the "keep login" working)?

No. It doesn't seem to be anything that wide-spanning, considering it happens only on this board and sometimes over the span of minutes.

Have you tried using a different browser?
Or at least reinstalling your current browser?
