Assuming that the application of Censure still triggers DL, (107,689*2) leads to 95% CI of [0.0646,0.0930]. Assuming that it doesn't any longer, (107,689) leads to a 95% CI of [0.1301,0.1843]. Ergo, the hotfix has been implemented on the live servers. Already pushed r366 to address it.

There's discussion on the EJ ret thread that Landslide uptime has taken a hit as well. Since they specifically said they made a change to SoT, it's fairly likely that they finally stopped treating the application of Censure as a melee attack. It may be worth testing again with Landslide and/or other proc-based effects to confirm; if so I can try and run another test later today.
