So by comparing both logs presented is it safe to say censure does proc Drain Life due to the fact that both logs have around the same amount of Drain life procs and if you add up the censure and melees it's about the same as Thecks melees alone and both come out to about 15% proc rates.

parse

444 procs off 2957 swings, the 95% CI is [0.1377,0.1635]; we can call it nailed at this point. Again no sign of crits. Again no sign of scaling with AP/SP.

Doombringer : not Censure itself, but its application (which is a standard melee attack).

I think we need to test only a couple of issues at this point.

1. Can DS miss in any way ? (naked+Souldrinker, 0 hit/exp, melee+SoT, attacking a boss-level dummy from the front, at least 1h of autoattacks)
2. Are AS/J eligible triggers ? (SoI instead of SoT, attacking a level 60 dummy from afar)

I did this one. J is not a trigger. AS is a trigger (tested both with and without Glyph of Focused Shield).

You've used SoI, thus ruling out the applications of Censure, right ? Have you spotted multiple DL procs per AS cast ?

Yes, I used SoI. Yes, I observed multiple DL procs when Avenger's Shield hit 3 targets.

Managed to get a lucky string of SD procs, seems there is no ICD!

Go go reckoning procs ;)

I don't see it mentioned yet, but the souldrinker proc scales with effects that increase your health like Ysera in the Madness encounter or Baleroc.

http://worldoflogs.com/reports/oes349ra ... 273&e=8569

We were going back to finish up a legendary, and on Baleroc drain life was my second largest source of damage, with an average hit of 17k.

Would it be worth speccing Judgements of the Pure if you were to acquire one?

Im curious about this one too. Would 9% haste be worth it to spec into? Wouldnt that mean more procs, resulting in more hps and dps.

Souldrinker needs to be retested too. AA+SoT, level 60 dummy. A 10-15 mins CL will do just fine.

EDIT : Heh.

Do you want to take them at their word on that, or do you still want a parse?

Taking people at their word isn't proper science. :P

You'll have to cut off the end, as SoT dropped off while I was away from my desk. But it's a solid 30 minutes of data to work with.

Well, even if Souldrinker is proccing off of Censure now there's a good possibility it stops in the future judging by the blue post.
