If you're struggling, negatron rush can make the difference.

The other thing that's pretty helful is that she's pretty damn vulnerable once she uses her combo, so if you survive the initial combo, stay and fight. You'll have a better chance than trying to run, unless you're 100% sure you can get away.

New masteries are so awesome, and so many little combinations that are way better than the old system, and variety in summoner spells is great!

Definitely some cool new masteries. Bladed armor and Juggernaut are quite nice in defense. Along with the Malphite buffs it might be fun jungling him again with the new masteries. Rammus should be fun too.
Also Weapon Expertise is pretty slick. It seems like there are a lot better options to get an early game damage boost. I'm thinking champs with strong early game might be a bit too dominant with the new masteries.
Edit: Anyone else think Surge gives WAY too much AP? with the 5% bonus mastery and 30% from Rabadon's at level 18 you are looking at over 100 AP for 12 seconds...

Imagine Surge on Kayle, Teemo, Jax etc... where you get the most out of both the AS and the AP. Kinda scary to think about.

If you're playing against leblanc and have the ability to push your lane hard, do so.
Also, banshee's shuts down her damage pretty effectively.
If you have the ability to counterpick her, tanky pushers with some sort of sustain can really shut her down. Galio es numba one vs. Leblanc.

Eh, if leblanc is good, she can do some pretty hefty damage to singed early game, before he starts to get any items.

I love Teemo, I just wish he had a longer range and his Q applied poison. Would make him pretty solid.

No, they just need to give him back his lower cooldown on shrooms.

Re: League of Legends
A handful of friends from SWTOR have got me hooked on playing LOL recently. In the past 2 weeks I’ve leveled up to about 14 or 15.
What I’ve been playing so far; Full support Soraka / Janna, Mid Lane Brand, Bottom Carry Caitlyn, and most recently Warwick Solo Top / Jungler.
I’ve tried a match or two with other champions of course but these are the ones that I’ve actually taken the time to try to learn and play multiple times.

It's not just you, he's still got the whole new-and-overtuned thing going on imo. A lot of the ones I see are just terrible though, so it's usually not too much of a problem to shut him down.
