Not loading for me either. I hope they don't fuck this movie up - it's one of my favorite books of all time (also, trilogy and spinoffs. The "Shadows" followup trilogy was excellent, too).

Sorry don't know what the boxcar children is...
I wonder if they are going to shoot the majority of Ender's Shadow at the same time. If they do want to do this film as well I would imagine they'd have to, because the actors will very quickly be too old for sequels. I'm really looking forward to this as I love the books but I reckon it will be very difficult for them to please all us fanboys

What? No. It's NOTHING like the Boxcar Children, in any way imaginable other than the fact that it contains children as some of its characters.
The protagonists may be children, but Ender's Game is NOT a children's book. In fact, it is mandatory reading in the Marine Corps for every single troop, if that tells you something.

Orson Scott Card is an amazing author and almost all of the Ender's books were some of the best I have ever read. The fact that the author can tell the exact same story from another character's point of view and have it be just as compelling as the first character's story is just plain amazing.
All we need to do is have The Dark Is Rising series as movies and my life will be complete in the movie arena.

It wasn't bad, either, but it's been a LONG time since I read the books, so I'm not sure how faithful it was to them.

Those reviews make it sound abyssmal. Hopefully the same doesn't happen to Ender's Game. I'd be crushed.
Then again, it has Ben Kingsley, it can't be all bad.
