Eye for an Eye in DS (inquiry)

So, I'm curious to know, and of course, I'll be checking myself now for a bit. But does anyone have any ideas on what bosses/abilities in DS that will proc EfnE?

I did a quick search, didn't pull up anything specific in here on my question, or anything recent either, sorry if I missed it. And sorry if this should be posted else where. >_>; I don't come here often.~

I've been running with Eye for an eye in my spec for a while and found it has contributed to my DPS.

Eye for Eye is the most efficient on yor'sahj and have a chance to proc on yor'sahj void ball and I don't hesitate to choose Eye for Eye instead of improved judgement on this fight
in HM, it represent around 3% of my total damage done so around 300 000k for an overall 10M damage for a 10min fight, a dps close to 17k

Something about that sounds awfully fishy. 17k DPS from E4E? I highly doubt that. Using your own numbers, 300k damage over a 10-minute fight is only 500 DPS.

His total DPS is 17k. 3% of 17k is 510 DPS.

Thank you guys for some of the input. I didn't notice anything super good vs what I was spending the talents in before (Hallowed Ground), so I think I'll be switching back to it.

The dps gain against madness is close to ridiculous with sometimes a proc against the blistering tentacles for an average of 1000 damage per proc. Funny to notice I doubled the total damage of the ability with a proc against the fragment of elementium with 65000 damage ^^
