set your focus to the tank or whatever
/cast [harm,nodead][target=focustarget,harm,nodead] Judgement
It'll judge what you have targeted, if it can't judge that target it'll judge whatever your focus target has targeted. Good quality of life change for Holy.

It's still slightly annoying in BGs. If I'm healing myself and I don't have a focus, there are times I just want it to judge to keep up the buff.
But I'll usually hit a judgement when I'm using CS to gain HoPo if the buff is in danger of falling off.

And why can't you put /startattack in the front of a macro for Judgement?
