So I didn't really want to start a whole new thread for this game, but didn't know where to put it. But then I was like "oh hey we should just have a flash game thread anyway so I'll do that."

There are similar games I've seen before, but this particular one has a nice upgrade system. Protip 1: your rocket pants fire you DOWN to bounce off the ground, not up. Protip 2: unlock the hang glider bears, they're the best way to get you up into the clouds... which results in awesomeness.

Other random games:
Vector TD - This and its sequels are still some of my fave TD games.
Too Many Ninjas! - Simple, quick, addicting, twitchy.
Defend Your Castle - Play God, throw little dudes around.
GROW - All of these GROW games are just excellent little puzzle games.
Spin the Black Circle - This game gets fucking hard.
Pandemic 2 - Madagascar: What's that? Someone in China has a cold?

So true about Pandemic. You can make a super infectious, totally symptomless disease and if you aren't lucky enough to start in Madagascar they'll manage to totally lock the place down, every single time.

Oooh, good one. Those were fun. I wish they were multiplayer; can't help but think that playing against another person would be 100x more fun than playing against the AI.

Yeah, that would be awesome in multiplayer. I liked the first one a little better, as I couldn't just tailor it to "Better" after sufficient rounds. I find myself zerging a lot: I definitely play for the growth+speed, rather than strength, attributes. There's one map in the first one that's hard for me on just about every race, though: the one with large nodes on the left and right, and clusters of three smaller ones at top and bottom.

Its interface would be really well suited to an Andriod or Iphone app, too.

Dice Wars, too -- it's risk-like, but much more abstract. I'm sure there's a better source than the one I linked, too. I believe they even have a multiplayer variant.

Spin the Black Circle has officially fucked me up. After a good time of playing it, I became painfully dizzy and had to lie down to avoid vomiting. It wasn't the spinning itself as I was fine the whole game, but the finally stopping that got to me.
