Chris Metzen was just on camera, looking very bored!
Batman: Arkham City won best Action/Adventure game so far, pretty well deserved imo.

Re: Spike TV VGAs
I still say Blizzard should do a full CGI animated movie.

Wasn't there supposed to be a movie or something at one point?

I'm not sure. I think I heard something about it being "in the works" after WC3, but it kinda just disappeared somewhere along the way.

I remember the rumor of a World of Warcraft movie as well.

I hope they don't do it live action. It should be produced fully in-house by the Blizzard CGI team. There's no way in hell a live action movie would do it justice.

Really, their CGI is done so incredibly well I don't see anybody having any qualms against it. If they tried to do it live action it would probably end up looking like one of those weird Disney movies after the special effects are added.
Then again-- some enthusiasts would argue that's exactly the direction Blizzard is taking.
