if he does it'd be pretty lame since u cant get those from badges, but a PVP boss bleh

not that the piece you actually need will drop, so why worry about it?

that has always annoyed me as both a pvper and pve'er
i have to do pve on my pvp toon in order to get a chance at loot, or i have to do pvp, or pray my faction pulls thier head outta thier ass, to get access to another raid

Before Baradin Hold was a saving of VP, can still continue to be.

And those are not big changes? Or am I missing something since reducing spike damage when blood shield isn't active and reducing the dependency on threat stats for blood shield seem rather huge.

No, I'm not trying to say that they aren't huge changes. I'm saying, I thought I was missing a change, and I was.

I forgot about blade barrier's change.

The Blood Shield change is huge. Maybe now I will feel comfortable taking the axe next time shannox drops it. (the last time it dropped the 4.3 changes hadn't been announced, and the 359 is better until 4.3)

I'm not sure if I can quantify the armor change yet. The scaling on armor, being what it is, I'm unsure how much of a damage reduction it will be. I'm pretty happy that I will have an armor number that "feels" like a tank for sure.
