I caveat this by saying that I did not read the eulogy so maybe I'm way off the mark here. That said, I found the news reports of this, and the fact that his sister would mention it, really weird and creepy.

I just don't want to fathom what might be going through my mind, if I ever had to face the moment of death while even halfway lucid. Certainly, there is no more vulnerable a moment that I can imagine, and it just seems really odd to me that someone would share that moment about someone else.

Why? I make/laugh at jokes to cope. Not that I necessarily need to cope with his death, but the principal still holds true.
