Again, a bit late to the thread but I LOVE T13. IMO, third-best paladin set (fourth-best if T3 can be counted, which I no longer do because it's no longer available) after T2/6.
I am also looking forward to the bonuses, and though I liked the pure dps bonus of 2pc from older tiers, I like the mini-absorb from Judgement even more.
