"Too Many Party Kicks" - Need Explanation

I run normal heroics on my mage a lot, and sometimes on my tank too. Much shorter queue times, and much more forgiving to carry a low person if you can't kick. I am basically in the same baot, the first week of Cata I did chain heroics with guildees, and we vote-kicked like 20 people one day. Now all of us have insane kick timers.

You can often do 2 reg heroics as a dps faster than one troll heroic if you are queueing on your own. I try to only queue troll heroic dps if I am doing dailys or have a LOT of AH stuff going on. And the benefits of reg heroics include helping fill the Heavenly shard shortage...
