Re: Eye for an Eye
My guild is starting to work on Rag and I was wondering if and/or how E4E might work on him?

I do the same. If you don't need the Judgement range, then why not take some free damage? There is no significant opportunity cost for E4E in this case.

Re: Eye for an Eye
It does procc on several stuff there.
I know it can procc on Burning wound, but i think its only on the application or smth, as it doesnt procc all that ofthen, but yes it does procc.
Also on Hand of Ragnaros.
And you do damage to raggy if it proccs on the lavabolts in the intermission phases.
Doesnt do a whole lot in p2 more that burning wound.
And P3 he spends more time casting than hitting the tanks, so pretty booring there aswell.
Altho its a good alternative for imp judgement for that fight, as imp judgement is pretty wasted there imo.
All in all, it ends up doing like 110k dmg or so (roughly 200dps).
