(the HP flask and Feast Buff just aren't worth it).

I personally use the HP flask while block capped. Too much of a pain to have to worry about Mastery elixirs and Stamina scrolls for every single pull. While the ratio of 150 Stamina + 225 Mastery vs. 450 Stamina is slightly more favorable (1 Mastery = 1.33 Stamina) vs. trinkets or regemming (1 Mastery = 1.5 Stamina), it's just too much of a hassle.

Yeah have to admit, I use the guild sponsored stuff, mostly. Keeps my gold account positive and I reduced my game time to raids mostly. So no real income in gold or other resources.
